Dr. Karnes has owned Central since 2005. She is a 2003 graduate of the Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Karnes is a graduate of Grace St. Luke's and Catholic High School. Dr. Karnes and her family share their home with their cat Pickles and dogs Martha, Mr. Bond, and Ms. Moneypenny. They also have a dozen backyard chickens! Dr. Karnes is an avid runner and yoga practitioner. She is a member of Idlewild Presbyterian Church.
Stephen is a native of Knoxville, TN but has lived in Memphis for over 40 years. He is a graduate of Rhodes College and the University of Tennessee. Stephen has worked at Central for over fifteen years and enjoys working with the doctors and staff. He is a (very) amateur tennis player.
Our staff of caring professionals are here to help you and your pets! Amy, Skylar, Daniel, and, Anna work with the doctors in the medical area. Connie, Leslie, Charles, and Travis cover the reception and kennel areas.
