Appointments
Appointments are preferred but not required.  We do our best to honor appointment times but occasionally emergencies may cause a delay in being seen by the doctor.  Emergencies are seen first, then appointments, then walk-ins.

Patient Restraint
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet.

Drop-offs
For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. If you are comfortable with the doctor examining your pet without being present, you may leave your pet with us at a convenient time for you. We do prefer that you drop-off prior to Noon so our doctors may examine the patient in-between appointments or at the time expressly reserved for admitted patients. Once the exam is complete, the doctor will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to provide discharge instructions.

Vaccines
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.

Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, CareCredit, cash and personal checks approved by TeleCheck.
